Installation
Installation instructions
Pleaseread the installation instructions (PDF 2.5 MB) for version 4.05 thoroughly and select the required installation. Unfortunately EVVA can accept no liability for errors and/or loss of data which occur due to incorrect installation.
If you do not have a licence, the software will only function in demo mode.
Here you will find your licence request.
First installation / Full demo version
The software selected has not been installed on this device before. Click on Management programme_installation.exe (11.3 MB) and select "Run file from here" in the dialogue box that appears. Then follow the installation programme instructions.
Re-installation
The software selected is already installed on this device. Re-installation may be necessary after updating or re-installing the operating system, or after long-term damage to the existing management programme installation. Before doing this, back up all stored data from the current installation. Depending on the configuration there is a risk that files containing user-specific data may be replaced during installation. If this happens all data will be lost. Back up all files from the following subdirectories in the programme directory (standard: C:\Programme\EVVA Satellit Management):
- Mechanisms
- Export (only when using as Planner/PlanViewer)
Copying these directories onto another drive or into another folder is usually a sufficient means of back up. When backing up onto a CD, remember that the write protection must be suspended after recopying all files. Click on Management programme_installation.exe (11.3 MB) and select "Run file from here"; in the dialogue box that appears. Then follow the installation programme instructions.
Update installation of 3.xx to 4.05
An older version of the selected software is currently installed on the device. This edition must be replaced with the up-to-date version. Only versions of the management programme from V3.0 onwards can be updated with this function. For older versions (e.g. 2.11) please contact our software support! Before doing this, back up all stored data from the current installation. Depending on the configuration there is a risk that files containing user-specific data may be replaced during installation. If this happens all data will be lost. Back up all files from the following subdirectories in the programme directory (standard: C:\Programme\EVVA Satellit Management):

- Export (only when using as Planner/PlanViewer)

The selected software is currently installed as version 4.00 on the device. This edition must be replaced with the up-to-date version 4.05. Before doing this, back up all stored data from the current installation. Depending on the configuration there is a risk that files containing user-specific data may be replaced during installation. If this happens all data will be lost. Copying these directories onto another drive or into another folder is usually a sufficient means of back up. When backing up onto a CD, remember that the write protection must be suspended after recopying all files. Proceed as follows:
- Back up all files from the following subdirectories in the programme directory (standard: C:\Programme\EVVA Satellit\Management):
- Mechanisms
- Export (only when using as Planner/PlanViewer) - De-install your EVVA SATELLIT Management 4.00 via "System control | software"
- Click on Management programme_installation.exe (11.3 MB) and select "Run file from here" in the dialogue box that appears. Then follow the installation programme instructions
