Planner installation
Please select the installation that you require. EVVA accepts no responsibility for errors / losses of data that occur due to incorrect installation.
If you do not have a licence, the software will only function in demo mode. Here you will find
your licence request.
First installation / Full demo version
The software selected has not been installed on this device before. Click on Planner_installation.exe (16.5 MB) and select "Run file from here" in the dialogue box that appears. Then follow the installation programme instructions.
Re-installation
The software selected is already installed on this device. SATELLIT may need to be re-installed after updating or re-installing the operating system, or after long-term damage to the existing Planner / offer programme installation. Before doing this, back up all stored data from the current installation. Depending on the configuration there is a risk that files containing user-specific data
may be replaced during installation. If this happens all data will be lost. Back up all files from the following subdirectories in the programme directory
(standard: C:\Programme\EVVA Satellit Planner):
- Offers (only when using as offer programme)
- Mechanisms (only when using as Planner)
- Export (only when using as Planner)
- SystemDB
Copying these directories onto another drive or into another folder is usually a sufficient means of back up. When backing up onto a CD, remember that the write protection must be suspended after recopying all files. Click on Planner_installation.exe (16.5 MB) and select "Run file from here" in the dialogue box that appears. Then follow the installation programme instructions.
Update installation
An older version of the selected software is currently installed on the device. This edition
must be replaced with the up-to-date version. Only versions of Planner / the offer programme from V2.2 onwards can be updated with this function. For older versions (e.g. 2.1 or 1.9) please contact our software support! Before doing this, back up all stored data from the current installation. Depending on the configuration there is a risk that files containing user-specific data
may be replaced during installation. If this happens all data will be lost. Back up all files from the following subdirectories in the programme directory
