Purpose
Production of offers, specifications and building status notifications, all based on an EVVA price database.
Functions
Module 6 - Offer programme:
- Production of offers on the basis of a saved locking plan (Module 3 is required)
- Descriptive texts, internal company items, sub-totals, end totals and alternative currencies can be entered
- You can enter your own customers in the customer base
- The offers are saved and can be listed according to various criteria
- Header data (customer, project, profile system, type of mechanism, etc.) and item data can be recorded
- The result can be printed out, saved, exported or sent as an e-mail in the form of an offer, specification, or building status notification
