Remote software
If you have opted for our BASIC, STANDARD, PLUS or PREMIUM Care Package, you will be able to make use of remote maintenance provided by an EVVA service expert.
Remote-Software Netviewer (.exe, 1,5 MB)
1. Save the "Remote Software.exe" application and then run it on your computer.
2. You can obtain a session number from the respective Technology Hotline . You enter this session number into the support programme start window. Accept by pressing "Connect".
3. In order to enable the EVVA service expert to use your screen, you need to accept the request for screen export by pressing "Yes".
4. An EVVA service expert will then guide you through the rest of the session.
